This Fall Semester, the Marston Makerspace is partnering with the Health Science Library (HSCL) Wellness Committee and Gatorwell to bring you a cross-campus experience to make three different stress balls in three different locations across campus on three different days!

When and Where?
- The GatorWell Health Hut will be at the Plaza of the Americas on October 20th from 12 PM to 3 PM. At this location, you will be making DIY stress balls made with a Rice Filling
- The HSCL Wellness team will be on the 1st Floor of HSCL across from the reference desk on November 4th from 12 PM to 2 PM. At this location, you will be making DIY stress balls made with a Flour and Water Filling
- The Marston Makerspace will be on the 2nd Floor of Marston Science Library across from the reference desk on October 20th from 12 PM to 3 PM. At this location, you will be making DIY stress balls made with a Poly-Fil Filling

Why?
Making your own stress ball is a stress reliever in itself: the hands-on process gives you something creative and tactile to focus on, while the finished stress ball provides an easy outlet for restless energy whenever you need it.
And because we’re offering a different stress ball on three different days around campus, you can collect all three. That means three chances to take a creative break, three new stress-relief tools, and the small joy of completing the set. Basically, it’s a mental health win-win-win.
We are excited to see you at each of the locations!
